Well after the season ends. We will get to know John Idzik better and what he's thinking.

I did  sneak over to Idzik house and took a look at what's inside his brain I went in threw the doggy door.  Dats Right! So I take a look! and you know what inside of Idzik brain is a bunch of noodles and a little bit closer and theres some left over chicken soup in dere. also there was a little clock ticking . huh I say he got the alarm set . I think huh I wonder if he's gonna use the snooze button..Oh looky here theres some pictures of Woody Johnson  Seattle  and his kid . And theres an envelope I cant open up with some more pictures in it awe shucks.

I thought dats a lot of good stuff in him brain . he's got a good noodle head.

Myers has now spent at least two years trying to to get rex fired, real surprise there.

With all the player support for Rex, does idszik have a mutiny on his hands if he were to serve him his walking papers? And who's out there to bring in...I want continuity and new offense players then see where we stand...

Just turned down a chance to go to the game for pennies on the dollar....I'd like to see the team win...try to do all they can to save the coach's job.  It's a shame the Jets are going to lose a good coach due to years of poor QB play.

Hoping I have power for the game so I can watch it. We have been getting pounded with freezing rain for two days now in the North Country.

Pace is gonna be working hard to get the sack he needs to hit double digits. I hope he gets it.

Stop it! He is now our General. In Idzik we trust. He is our light at the end of the tunnel after 3 gloomy seasons, (this season he inherited a mess). I just hope the light is not an oncoming train.

@djf1

I dont think Gary has a say in getting Rex fired, Cimini and Manish, that is a different story lol

@Matt

I think if Rex is gonna go Woody Johnson needs to do it...

@Matt Coaches beloved by their players get fired all the time.

Players can't do anything about that (other than playing better!)

@MikeFrancesser

Gary Myers just predicted Rex is gone so that make me feel better about his chances to stay!

@MikeFrancesser

I think it is a little more than that on why Rex in all likelihood will be gone. Please, don't make me type 4 paragraphs!

@MikeFrancesser Really?

Even if they suck, 70 degrees for a week 16 game is amazing!

@MikeFrancesser

We do need Woody Johnson to add stability to the coaching position I say Rex should be allowed 1 more year playing out his contract.

Geno needs to show me that he can pic up blitzing schemes in these next 2 game and plays better and then maybe there is hope

@levi Other stuff to play for:

Ivory needs 12 yards to surpass the best season of his career ... 295 to make it to 1,000 for the year

Geno needs 358 yards in this last two games to get to 3,000

Jets need a kick return TD to keep their streak of having one in every season since 2001 alive.

Bilal Powell needs 183 yards from scrimmage in the last two games to get to 1,000

Jeff Cumberland needs seven catches and 21 yards to surpass his career bests

Coples needs two more sacks to beat last year's total

Landry needs 11 more tackles to get to 100 for just the second time in his career

Folk needs 20 more points to beat his best ever season

Holmes needs 98 yards to get to 6,000 for his career

David Harris needs 17 tackles for a career best season

Pace was solid this season. I hope the Jets bring him back. The way he has played, he easily has another season left of solid vet production in the tank.

I want to see a good day and growth from Geno.

I want to see Milliner play a good game.

I want to see Allen play most of the game and show his stuff.

I want to see Winters at least start looking serviceable.

I WANT A WIN!

@djf1 @Matt

Exactly, just like at work when your boss that you all love gets fired, life goes on, we need the paycheck!

@Bent Interesting, its not usually a good thing when your safety has that many tackles is it? But they have a good D so its working.

I think a few of those goals will be reached. I dont see a TD from the returners though. Not unless the new kid gets a chance.

@jake100 @levi That's strange, Joeyboy, because on twitter you were saying you weren't that psyched for football this weekend.

@Hanknaples Thats certainly possible Hank. I think Gordon will have a good game. we will see how Miami does up in Buffalo. Not sure what the weather there is but I know its gotta be colder than Miami.

@Brendan I think a focused and plssed Silva will win but man Weidman has all the tools in his arsenal he could beat him again. His coach is saying he will submit Silva.

Brendan
Brendan

@Hanknaples Hank, to wash out all past bets (paid, unpaid, legitimate or otherwise), let's put it down today, Browns vs. Jets, Hank's favorite team vs. Brendan's favorite team. Winner take all.

Brendan
Brendan

@levi I think Silva gets his belt back. I wish it didn't take him getting drilled while clowning around to wake him up, but he's still the best in the world, imo.

levi
levi

@Brendan Who you picking next week Silva or Weidman?

Brendan
Brendan

@DarrolRayFanClub How convenient it is that he follows me around the past two days talking about not paying up on a bet, and when we give him a chance to settle it once and for all (even though I don't have any reason to "settle") he disappears.

Hank 101 tactic.

levi
levi

@Brendan I think its fair too. It looks to be a close game and Hank does follow the Browns.

levi
levi

@Brendan @Hanknaples  I think you guys should make a bet on todays game and after that all old bets are voided. What do ya say? The orphans could use it.

Bernard Mclaughlin
Bernard Mclaughlin

@Hanknaples@Brendan  Damn I thought Hank had moved on our his orderlies took away his Computer time  or something.   leaving for game now, how do I get the bad taste from Naples out of my head.  Oh yeah, think like a JET fan.  This Crap about Rex not having a relationship with a QB. Given the QB's he's had its like saying brad Pitt never built a relationship with Ruth Buzzi or Zazu Pitts or any other plug ugly woman.  But give Rex an Angelina Jolie or a Jennifer Anniston and watch them sparks fly

Brendan
Brendan

@Hanknaples Hank, we're not dealing with a bet that never happened. But you can pay up on the bet you lost three years ago if you want. Think of the starving kids in Africa.

Brendan
Brendan

@Hanknaples Until you pay up on a three-year-old bet, your soapbox is standing on quicksand.

Brendan
Brendan

@Hanknaples This isn't junior high, you're not going to bully me into doing something by comparing me to a "little girl."

Let me know when you paid your Henne bet. Kthx.

Yeah, Darrol, STOP MOVING THE GOAL POSTS LOLZ
