Scouting Report: A downfield threat, White is able to find soft spots in defense and has speed to get behind defensive backs. White has good vision to find the open spots on the field and can use his agility to extend plays for extra yards after the catch. White is athletic but will need to learn how to high-point the ball more at the next level and will have to work on his upper body strength as NFL defensive backs will be much more physical than what he might be used to seeing in press coverage.
Notes: While was extremely productive in his time at Louisiana Tech and playing with the National team Saturday he showed that he is more than just a product of his system at Louisiana Tech. White demonstrated that he’s got better than average hands as a receiver by hauling in a team-high six receptions for 46 yards while demonstrating some of his ability to make yards after the catch on a nice 21 yard catch and run play.
