Uh oh, looks like Pep Hamilton is getting courted by another team than just the Jets according to ESPN’s Chris Mortensen.
Pep Hamilton, who is Stanford's "Andrew Luck Director of Offense," is a leading candidate to become Luck's new OC for Colts—

Well, that would change things a bit for the Jets as they might have unceremoniously been blocked by the Colts. We’re told the Jets were serious about Hamilton but with the news about Bruce Arians it’s blown the Hamilton talk out of the water. It’s fair to say that for the current Stanford offensive coordinator, going to the Colts is probably considered a better job. There’s a better all-around offense already in place and Hamilton would be reuniting with his former player Andrew Luck not to mention some Stanford skill players at the tight end spot.
For those who are not so thrilled at returning to a Paul Hackett influenced system, then this might be regarded as dodging a bullet. The Jets were said to be interested in former Eagles OC Marty Morhinweg and we’re sure some more names might creep up … so keep an eye out for him should Hamilton indeed fall through for the Jets. It seems like a natural fit now for Hamilton to land in Indy but we’ll keep an eye on it …
