Ian Rapoport of NFL Network had some more details about Quinton Coples injury this past weekend and the expected treatment to get him back on the field as soon as possible.

Update – 1:55 p.m.: Rex Ryan announced that there is no timetable for Coples’ return, but “hopes he’s back sooner than later.”
Brian Bassett, TheJetsBlog.comI’m sure there will be more details specifically about what is being done to Coples, but minor hairline fractures can heal in as little as two weeks — we of course expect that’s underestimating Coples recovery time. If it is a month and there’s a medical procedure to boot, then it might be slightly more serious. With that said, we expect that while Coples might not be ready for the start of the season, he might be ready shortly thereafter.
