Talking Jets football last night at wing night and to make a long story short I took a bet with a guy who said Vick will be the starter at the end of the season. Money in the bank?

Looking forward to draft day movie with Kevin Costner. In theatres April 11.

More Manish (although this one was suspiciously deleted): Idzik says he's been "straightforward" in FA negotiations. Calls any other portrayal "inaccurate." I can say w/certainty that's inaccurate

Manish Mehta: a bastion of accuracy.

(And the irony of the fact he sent this at the same time as he was praising the Mark Sanchez signing is not lost on me either).

Manish: Sanchez will be great addition for Eagles. Solid No. 2 QB, who can win gms if Foles falters/gets hurt. Good move by Chip Kelly/Howie Roseman

Isn't Mark Sanchez the guy you and your media cohorts mocked relentlessly for the past few years?

We realize we have a need at CB.  Just because he thinks we can fill without spending millions a an average CB does not mean he is asleep at the wheel.  The CB spot is better off today, imo just by releasing Cro after his terrible season.  We will better how much better will be several factors not just one.  How much do Lankster, Walls and Dowling improve?  Who do we draft?  Who do we bring in F/A? And who is cut or traded for?

So please relax and enjoy the ride we should be in good shape

Well, I'd rather hear "We recognize we have a need at corner" than "Trust me on this one.  Adrian Jones can play left tackle in the NFL."

@levi

I would think that might be a 50/50 proposition.....

@Bent  Manish tweeted something similar early yesterday, but it wasn't as snarky so I guess he felt the need to double-down.

@Bent

I bet Rex reinforces that knowledge every time he sees the ID!

@Bent

You mean Adrian Jones is not a top flight OT?

@Johnsbodybyvi Ledo @bob  If I remember, it was originally going to be the Bills, but the Browns were willing to take less money to be in the movie.

@Brendan @Bent  I assume he received a bunch of negative replies and went around blocking everyone and deleting the tweet.  If he carries on at this rate, he's going to be tweeting out into a void where nobody can hear him.

They should make that the plot for "I am Legend 2".

@bob @harold  Three corners?  Then we can run the triangle!  Get Phil Jackson here now!

@harold @Bent  I'm sure he was in Terry Bradway's mind at one point.

@levi I can't really predict, except that I'll say both Geno and Vick will start games this year

It pissed me off for a week....I still hate watching it!

@a57se @Bent

I was okay with it.  They didn't kill off anyone who I felt hadn't run their course as a character and it made logical sense within the story.

I had a pretty good idea there was something towards the end of that third series that had caused internet outrage, so I was prepared for it.

@a57se @Bent  No, Moneyball didn't really have the same effect in terms of introducing a new generation to the game of baseball.  I don't think it was very successful over here.

@a57se @__fense @Johnsbodybyvi Ledo  With all the world-wide fans their cross-town colleagues the Indians gained from being the featured team in Major League (great film), maybe the Browns are being smart to get in on that action.

Fun Bob..? Fun?...Their is no fun in football (or was that their is no crying in baseball ?...one or the other, I forget). Bob, if you want fun, please stop commenting. This is serious business only meant for Jet fans who are sure they know more then Idzik, Rex, Marty,Thurman, Lee, and Devlin.

(Bob, you are the best!...keep laughing...)

@bob @Bent @harold  I don't know how he does it, but every time bob responds to one of my jokes, his response is somehow way funnier than what I said.

@Bent @harold  Doug Jolley was also in Bradway's mind so I'm not sure what that tells me.
