Here’s a quick look at all the happenings from the Jets of the last year, month by month.  Next up, June 2013 …

The front office started announcing its changes.  The Cowboys helped us triangulate the Jets draft and feel good about the Jets valuations of players.  Jeremy Kerley was named a PFF secret superstar.  Rex raved about Kyle Wilson’s offseason and Stephen Hill’s knee started acting up, but he was doing as much work as he could with both WR coach Sanjay Lal and Santonio Holmes to learn the NFL game.  Demario Davis relished taking on a larger role in his second year.

If the season started in June (which it doesn’t) Geno’s coaches said he wouldn’t have been ready.  Rex was not going to make a decision on his quarterback until seeing them “live.”  Mark Sanchez got live in Napa.  Cro worked out with the fellas in the SoCal heat.

The Jets went paintballing and it turned into a big team bonding thing for the players.  We got an eyewitness to talk about his experience with the Jets on a podcast special. The Jets community was saddened to lose one of our own, actor James Gandolfini.

Random stuff? Keyshawn and Bieber had beef. Sanchez’s headband was a thing, to the point that Nick wore one in solidarity – who also spoke out that he thought Sanchez was still the guy. The Jets had one of the worst contracts in football. The guy in the car with Goodson during the arrest claimed ownership of the weapon found.  Joe Namath helped open the renovated Hall of Fame.
