On preparing for Mario Williams…

He has a motor he is a really good defensive end.  As a unit, we have a lot of respect for him and not only him, but the whole defensive line that they have in Buffalo.  They do a good job making sure that they’re always going, always trying to make plays. We know that we just have to continue watching that film, continue studying our books in the classroom and do those extra things before and after practice every day to match their play.

On how excited the team is for the game Sunday…

We’re all very, very, excited.  But the fact that we have prepared like how we have prepared, how the coaches have really been teaching us exactly what to do for the game, I feel like we’re all comfortable enough to where we won’t be too excited, too anxious, where we’ll lose sleep.  We’re all very much excited.  Our house will be (excited) the day of the game, but we’re just really looking forward to it.

On if he feels he’s in more of a spotlight than people in his position on other teams…

People are going to watch who they are going to watch.  My thing is, I expect more out of myself than anybody else expects out of me.  I’m going to give 100 percent every day to make sure that I’m prepared and I’m somebody that my teammates can rely on.

On the division rival game against Buffalo…

It’s always an exciting time. I remember every first game for each of my seven years now. It’s an awesome experience and we’re really looking forward to getting out there and having a good battle with Buffalo.

On the biggest challenge Buffalo presents…

They’re defensive line is playing great. The guy in the middle, Kyle (Williams), is doing a fantastic job. He’s very underrated and he’s a heck of a player, so it’s going to be a challenge for us. It’s going to be a good battle and we’re really looking forward to it.

On if he sees a difference in the team compared to previous weeks…

Not that I’ve noticed. We’re just here to go out there and play a heck of a football game. That’s what we’re focused on.
