It's been one week since I launched the new look and feel of this blog. In the last few days, we also rolled this theme out across all of the blogs in our network. It has been praised, hammered, complimented and criticized, some rational and some not... but ALL feedback has been useful, so thank you.

First and foremost, note that the website is responsive, so as you adjust your browser size, columns will also adjust to fit your screen size - as should all of the images.
