This is quite interesting. We all knew Conley had struggled with his consistency throughout the preseason but the timing of this move is curious given there is no other established punter currently on the roster. Obviously the Jets will be taking a hard look at the market and hopefully find someone before Sunday or else Nick Folk may need to pull double duty a la Jay Feely.
