Here (via Manish Mehta) is a list of players he’s reporting have been or are going to be waived or released. We’ll update this as more names leak out.

Some of these players have not yet officially been released yet and are at practice. Those might constitute the guys they’re planning to add to the practice squad later. In the list below, the names marked with an asterisk have not yet been confirmed as released by the Jets. Other potential cuts still at practice include Hayden Smith. Dennis Landolt and Royce Pollard, both injured, may not be there.

Manish mentioned the practice squad as a possibility for Dowtin, Harrison and Sapp so far, although it is not clear whether that is a prediction or based on information he has heard. He also notes that the Jets’ current plan is to keep John Conner.

UPDATE:Brian Costello (@BrianCoz) also reports that the Jets waived Robert Griffin and Brett Roy (who got an injury settlement). He says Harrison and Dowtin have not been cut yet, but might be after practice.

UPDATE, 6pm ET: Per Lisa, the Jets have also cut Terrance Ganaway.
