Like i Said " DEAD Money will be bad this Year "

and the Cash is ALREADY SPENT !!!

"IN REESE WE RUSTED"

the NYG's will also pay BAAS in  2015,

as part of his signing Bonus...

But it is the RIGHT Move....

So Nice Job REESE, Great Start, Keep Moving Forward----->

lets bite the bullet now and take the hit, clear all the dead wood and begin the rebuilding process immediately.

the fans are knowledgeable enough to understand the situation and trying to deceive the fans would be a mistake.

this loyal fan base has gone through many hard times and this is just another one of those occasions.

I think it's ok to cut Baas now, the Giants have the cap room and it clears up next year.  The Giants need to rebuild a little.

......seriously? The cap situation isn't that dire, why not wait til June 1st and save some cash?

@cole3244

Aaaaaaaaaa,

the Broken Offense was the DECEPTION,

This Just Proves REESE CAN'T Manage the BOOKs,

and His Talent Assessment, is Piss Poor...

REESE's, Pass-Rush at ALL Costs & Project Player PLAN,

has ONLY DEPLETED the NYG's....

A LOT of work to DO, in the Next 2 Years!!!

So YOU,  look at the Glass as Half Full,

and Make EXCUES, all you want....

whatever you gotta tell yourself,

about the Classy Team,

and Loyal Season Ticket Holders,

and, that WE have Been here Before, Ra Ra Ra... POOP !!!

FIX the Problem !!!

This TEAM DESERVES Better MANAGEMENT !!!

@Brian Bannon  i somewhat get it because they must have plans for eds or bdp already so they want to move on

@dannym28 from what i've read he can be designated the June 1st cut which makes sense, he'll become a free agent, but the cap the Giants save from cutting him won't be able to be used until June 2nd

Who cares? We could designate him June 1 and use that $5 million savings on the rookies we draft in May. I just don't get it. This makes no sense.

@JamesWS @dannym28 @Brian Bannon  I thought the same thing they could use the 5.5 million for draft picks but if I understand it it will save money in next year cap taking the hit now.

@dannym28 @Brian Bannon  It still makes no sense because they can designate it a June 1 cut and use that $5 million to pay the rookies we draft in May. The rookie symposium isn't until June 23.
