So I am looking at the feeds from the East-West Shrine game practices and who is the first player I see linked to the Jets?

A WR?

A TE?

A QB?

A RB?

An OG?

HELL NO!

An OLB named Derrel Johnson from East Carolina!

From the feed, the Jets 'descended' on the kid!

Defense FIRST!

Seems like Schotty is going backwards.  Big surprise.  The Rams jumped all over him and look where they are.  Could never understand why he lasted so long with the Jets.

Richardson is a stud who will amass numerous awards in the future.  We all know how well he played.  Like many players, he has to let his play speak for him and not his mouth.  Hopefully, this will make him work that much harder, while he strives to make the Pro Bowl.

That TV ratings post seems kind of misleading. If the Jets have 13% of the TV market watching their games in NY-NJ while GB has 45% of the TV market in Green Bay, Wisc. watching who has the greater audience? Well 45% of 300,000 people is 135,000 fans. While 13% of 20 Million is 2,600,000....so the Jets actually have 19 times the amount of people watching them as GB does.

Perfect job opportunity for Schotty to show he can screw up even more responsibility!

Boss Hog getting snubbed seems to be a theme this off-season. I wonder how many writers didn't vote for him because they figured he already proclaimed himself ROY regardless of what they had to say?

@a57se I read on twitter that the Jets have interviewed just about every "3rd down RB" type player too

What has O'Brien done to generate real promise?

@a57se I almost feel bad for EJ and Spiller et al. The Boss will remind them who should have won the awards.
