Matt Hardison Signed to the Practice Squad

Undrafted free agent DT Matt Hardison has been signed to the team’s practice squad per Randy Lange of the Jets’ official website. Hardison spent the summer with the Jets before being released. Hardison’s signing comes after injuries to both Sione Po’uha and Kenrick Ellis. While the Jets still have Damon Harrison and Daniel Muir on the roster and Mike DeVito, whom they can move over, Hardison provides some insurance on the chance that additional injuries occur (lets hope not /knocks furiously on wood). No additional moves were necessary as the promotion of Antonio Allen to the active roster freed a spot on the practice squad.
