Before counting your chickens, be aware of Hartline.  No guaranteed millions, but a threat to do damage since training camp.

The Dolphins are in for a surprise Sunday. The Jets Dline will destroy their putrid oline. Our run game will be unleashed with vengeance. Geno is now clicking and will use roll outs, short quick passes and run for another 50 or 60 yards. All the pressure is on phins. I can see 8-8 and Rex getting his extension.

Can't decide who annoys me the most - Holmes or Winslow.

@lrjets Hartline signed a contract in the offseason with guaranteed millions in it, fyi.

Let me back track, I can see 8-8 more than I can see Rex getting his extension. With all the opinions floating around, it seems like a 50/50 in my view on Rex. Still not sure if this game will have any effect on the decision, but a win definitely won’t hurt it. I also think public opinion will also not have any bearing on the outcome. This is a tricky one and I have been up and down with it. I want continuity but not the same up and down results of the last 3 years. I would obviously only want change if the change is a clear upgrade. I guess we are back to; we will just have to wait and see.

@Mark Phelan Winslow won me over. For a guy his age with the bad knees the last game when he throws himself in the air to g over a tackler (2nd time this season) , bounces off another guy to get a few extra yards, the mans a competitor.  I would love for the Jets to have him hang around as a spot player #3 TE next year, I really think with more time working with him Smith-Winslow could do damage when needed.

@Mark Phelan Yeah! Getting injured while playing professional football? What jerks!

@djf1 The NBA had a triple header on Christmas.  The NFL has become such a science, each day is compartmentalized for a specific reason including walk throughs.

Wednesdays are the initial game plan execution days.

If cops and fireman can work Christmas, so can young multi-millionaires.
